Oscillations



In this unusual pairing, pianist Einav Yarden juxtaposes two composers
who are rarely named in one breath: Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827)
and Igor Stravinsky (1882-1971). She has chosen two of the most cheerfully exuberant sonatas Beethoven ever wrote, which are very close in character to the Stravinsky sonata.
